Perdoceo Education Corporation is seeking a Marketing Compliance Specialist who
will lead the management of all Compliance related tasks; this role in integral
for speed to market given the high volume of multi-channel marketing campaigns
that foster student relationships and deliver incremental improvement in
engagement and conversion rates across multiple brands. As a member of the
Perdoceo Education Corporation marketing team this position is responsible for
managing the implementation, execution and day-to-day for all marketing
Compliance efforts. The Marketing Compliance Specialist would ideally have a
combination of advertising, content and analytics skills in order to facilitate
an expeditious Compliance review process. The Marketing Specialist builds and
manages relationships with internal teams; including Brand, Advertising,
Content, Compliance and Information Technology teams in order to manage the
entire Marketing/Compliance queue.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with functional leaders to submit, track marketing and communication
campaigns across all media platforms including digital media, print, email,
website and public relations; serve as day to day contact for all marketing
related Compliance tickets
* Develop and manage marketing compliance submission process, communication,
and tracking of all compliance updates and changes
* Measure and report on marketing compliance tickets from beginning to end with
the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency and throughput
* Drive process change with marketing leadership team and marketing staff to
improve internal and external opportunities and solutions
* Partner with Brand Marketing Managers to audit and update marketing materials
after Compliance expirations dates have been met
* Compile and analyze weekly and monthly data to ensure Compliance deadlines
are met and marketing team members are active in the process
* Track all Marketing claims, disclosures, offers, and source citing; research
and gather substantiation for all marketing claims and offers
* Audit the standard operating procedures of brand marketing team, track
challenges and drive process optimizations in partnership with the Brand
Managers.
Desired Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business or
related field from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the
U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
* Five years marketing experience; agency experience a plus
* Superior organizational skills to establish/maintain productive
cross-functional relationships in a collaborative team-based environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, results and deadline driven environment
* Working knowledge of advertising and marketing in an enterprise organization
* Strong sense of presence; able to support ideas and recommendations with
relevant facts
