About the Role
We’re hiring a highly organized and client-focused Marketing Account Manager to manage relationships, oversee marketing execution, and ensure seamless communication across multiple high-level client accounts.
This is not a pure strategy role.
We’re looking for someone who can:
Own client communication

What You’ll OwnClient Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
Manage communication across:

Lead recurring client meetings and status updates

Build strong, long-term client relationships
Marketing Campaign Management
Build and manage email marketing campaigns using:
Mailchimp
Klaviyo

What We’re Looking ForCore Requirements
3+ years of experience in:
Marketing account management
Client-facing marketing roles
Agency account management
Strong experience with:
Mailchimp
WordPress
Ahrefs / Semrush
Google Analytics (GA4)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have
HubSpot or Klaviyo experience
Canva or Adobe Express skills
Familiarity with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Paid media reporting
Experience working with executive-level clients
Agency or fast-paced marketing environment experience
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Respond to client requests and provide updates
Prepare for and host client meetings
Launch and monitor email marketing campaigns
Update website content in WordPress
Review SEO performance and keyword opportunities
Prepare analytics reports and client summaries
Coordinate deliverables across internal teams
