We are currently seeking an Email & SMS Marketing Manager & Klaviyo Specialist for a US-based company. This remote position allows you to contribute creatively while working from anywhere.
In this role, you will blend design expertise with a deep understanding of email marketing strategies to create engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and high-performing email communications using Klaviyo.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of all email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
Develop and maintain a high-level campaign calendar aligned with marketing and business goals
Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue) and continuously optimize campaigns.
Ensure proper audience segmentation and targeting for personalized customer journeys
Required Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in email and/or lifecycle marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, reporting, A/B testing)
Solid understanding of SMS marketing strategy and compliance best practices
Experience managing campaign calendars and coordinating cross-functional marketing efforts
Familiarity with eCommerce marketing is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
