The Director of Marketing will be responsible for owning the target clinician
mindset and driving growth. They will translate the value of our products to an
external audience and develop marketing initiatives to support this. They will
also need a deep understanding of our products and our core values coupled with
a focus on data-driven decision making.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES
* Work with the VP of Revenue and cross-functional teams to set our B2B and B2C
marketing strategy to brand awareness and growth.
* Own the funnel, mapping the customer journey through to retention and
reactivation, and manage marketing automation in support of this.
* Lead our marketing and cross-functional teams to implement growth marketing
strategies across organic and paid media.
* Manage and own product positioning and messaging for new and existing
courses, including launch communications.
* Lead market research efforts to understand better than anyone else at the
company our customers and their needs.
* Create scalable programs and initiatives to build community and connect with
our target audience.
* Advance B2B storytelling and sales enablement and manage our partner
marketing efforts.
* Track, measure and optimize the performance of our marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience: Minimum
* BA/BS degree
* 8 years of experience in Marketing
* Master of MBA – Preferred
* 10 years of experience in Marketing – Preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES
* + years of experience in a marketing leadership role
* Mastery of digital marketing channels at various stages of the customer
journey
* Passion for the industry and our mission
* Desire to drive growth; data-driven and adept at working with numbers
* Experience managing direct reports as well as cross-functional relationships
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills
