About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support multiple fast-growing businesses.
This role will primarily support:
rayro (kids’ care brand)
DE London Consulting (consumer brand consultancy)
Personal brand (speaking, content creation, thought leadership)
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creative marketing work while also being happy to support light administrative and lead generation tasks. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
Create Instagram and LinkedIn carousel posts using Canva templates
Repurpose existing content into engaging social media assets
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Create graphic assets for social media campaigns
Schedule and publish content across social platforms
Assist with community management as needed
Produce weekly social media performance reports with key insights and recommendations using AI tools
Lead Generation & Outreach
Research prospective consulting clients within beauty, consumer goods, food, parenting, and lifestyle sectors
Identify podcast, keynote speaking, and partnership opportunities
Research entrepreneur awards, grants, and funding opportunities
Build and maintain prospect lists using Google Sheets
Send personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email on behalf of the founder
Follow up with prospects using provided messaging frameworks
Coordinate meeting scheduling for qualified leads
Website Support
Update website copy and product pages
Upload new products, images, and assets
Build and update landing pages when required
Maintain website content to ensure it remains current and engaging
Marketing Support (Preferred)
Create Meta ad creatives using existing Canva templates
Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign setup and management
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations
Prepare visual assets for paid advertising campaigns
Required Skills
Strong Canva skills
Social media management experience (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
Excellent written English
Comfortable conducting online research
Lead generation and LinkedIn outreach experience
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Strong organizational skills
Highly proficient with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar
Preferred Skills
Meta Ads experience
Google Ads experience
Website management (Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)
Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics
Familiarity with consumer brands, beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or parenting industries
