We are looking for a creative, analytical, and execution-focused social media
professional who can help grow audience engagement, improve content
performance, and support patient acquisition through organic and paid social
media efforts.
Social Media & Direct Response Marketing Coordinator
We are hiring a Full-Time Remote Social Media & Direct Response Marketing
Coordinator to manage organic social media, paid social coordination,
short-form content strategy, and audience engagement across multiple
platforms.
This is not simply a posting content role. This position is focused on
attention, engagement, conversion intent, audience behavior, and measurable
content performance.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with e-commerce, direct-to-consumer
brands, short-form viral content, social media growth, and conversion-focused
marketing. The right candidate must understand how to create content that
captures attention, builds trust, drives engagement, and supports real
business outcomes.
Essential Functions
Organic Social Media
* Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other assigned platforms.
* Create and schedule platform-native content.
* Write hooks, captions, CTAs, and engagement-focused copy.
* Research trending topics and adapt trends into branded content.
* Build weekly content calendars.
* Coordinate approval workflows.
* Repurpose content into multiple formats across platforms.
Content Strategy
* Identify high-performing content opportunities based on trends, audience
psychology, engagement behavior, and competitor analysis.
* Structure content around hooks, retention, shares, saves, and conversation
generation.
* Develop short-form content systems that can be scaled across locations.
* Analyze what content performs well and recommend improvements.
* Support content ideas that improve audience trust, inquiries, and
conversion intent.
* Create content concepts that align with Diamond Braces’ brand, services,
and patient experience.
Community Management
* Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and engagement activity.
* Maintain same-business-day response standards.
* Identify recurring audience questions, concerns, and trends.
* Escalate operational or patient-related issues using established SOPs.
* Support a professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned communication style
across social platforms.
Paid Social Support
* Coordinate with internal marketing leadership and paid media vendors.
* Assist with ad creative organization, content testing, hook testing,
audience feedback analysis, and landing page/content alignment.
* Monitor social campaign performance trends.
* Support content recommendations based on paid and organic performance
insights.
Monthly KPI Reporting
* Provide monthly social media and content performance reports.
* Track follower growth, engagement rate, reach/impressions, watch time,
retention metrics, top-performing hooks, worst-performing content, DM
volume, inquiry intent, appointment-related conversations, content category
performance, audience behavior trends, and recommendations for
optimization.
* Identify content patterns that are driving engagement, trust, inquiries, or
conversion opportunities.
* Maintain reports, trackers, and content performance documentation.
This role requires creativity, strong attention to detail, analytical
thinking, and accountability for measurable social media performance.
Qualifications
* Strong experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other
social media platforms.
* Experience managing social media for direct-to-consumer, e-commerce,
healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or service-based brands.
* Strong understanding of short-form content trends and viral content
mechanics.
* Strong understanding of audience psychology, engagement behavior,
conversion-focused content, and social media growth.
* Experience writing hooks, captions, CTAs, and engagement-focused copy.
* Experience using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and reporting or
analytics tools.
* Strong English communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to follow structured systems, SOPs, approval workflows, and
deadlines.
* Ability to manage content calendars and repetitive operational tasks with
accuracy.
* Comfortable working remotely and independently.
* Able to analyze performance data and recommend content improvements.
Preferred:
* Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
* Experience with paid social coordination or supporting paid media
campaigns.
* Experience with healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or multi-location service
businesses.
* Experience working with offshore or remote teams.
* Experience creating social media reports for leadership or management.

Compensation
Compensation range: $1,300 – $2,300 per month, based on experience,
qualifications, and demonstrated performance.
