We’re looking for a Content Strategist who is genuinely obsessed with social media and has the reps to prove it. This role powers the content pipeline for a fast-growing supplement brand across organic social and paid media. You will own ideation from start to handoff: researching what is working across the competitive landscape, generating a high volume of concepts, writing UGC and creator briefs, and packaging everything into clear, actionable materials the execution team can run with.
This is not a role for someone transitioning into content strategy. You have done this job before, you have proof of the work, and ideation energizes rather than exhausts you. You spend your own time studying why things go viral. You can tell anyone what is working on TikTok right now without hesitating. And you have a bias toward getting things posted over getting things perfect because a good idea that ships beats a great idea that does not.

What You’ll Work On
Content Ideation and Research
Mine competitors, category leaders, and trending content daily to identify what is working and why
Generate a high volume of content concepts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Adapt viral trends and formats specifically to the brand’s voice, audience, and product positioning
Maintain a living library of inspiration, research, and content references the team can draw from
Bring fresh angles consistently without letting the pipeline run dry
Brief Writing and Content Development
Write clear, detailed UGC and creator briefs that give talent everything they need to execute without back-and-forth
Develop platform-specific content concepts across all owned channels
Package ideation into structured presentations and briefs leadership and the execution team can act on immediately
Support paid media ideation by contributing scroll-stopping concepts and hooks for Meta and TikTok Ads
Campaign and Calendar Ownership
Contribute to high-level campaign concepts that connect social to email and other owned channels
Proactively own and drive the content calendar without waiting to be prompted
Ensure ideas move from brief to execution without dying in a document
Flag gaps, opportunities, and platform shifts before they become missed opportunities
What You Bring
Proven, hands-on experience in content strategy and ideation for a DTC, ecomm, or consumer brand
Deep platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts with the ability to speak to what is performing right now
Strong UGC and creator brief writing experience
Systematic approach to competitor and category research
High idea output that maintains quality without burning out
Organized enough to turn ideas into briefs and hand them off cleanly without follow-up
Strong written English with a clear, direct communication style
Nice to Have
Paid social creative strategy experience across Meta and TikTok Ads
Analytics fluency including Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution tools
Campaign thinking that connects social content to email and broader channel strategy
Background in health, wellness, fitness, or supplements
